Shipping & returns

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to ensure you can enjoy Feettoy products no matter where you are.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, with delivery times ranging on average :

  • USA/Europe: 5–14 business days.
  • Other regions: 8–20 business days.

We make sure your order reaches you discreetly and on time. You’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order once it ships.

Is delivery free?

We sometimes offer free delivery on special offers. But most of the time, delivery is not free. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of payment according to your location.

Is the packaging and delivery discreet?

Yes! We ensure all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for your privacy.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Do you accept returns?

You have 14 days to make a return.

Due to the nature of our products, you can return your product if :

The product returned is intact and complete, in perfect condition for resale, in its original packaging, complete, labelled, new, unused, unworn, unwashed and unstained.

The seal must not have been broken
Your product must not have been opened
Your product must not have been used
Your product must be returned with all accessories

These conditions do not apply if your product is faulty or has a manufacturing defect.

For obvious reasons of hygiene, our quality department reserves the right to refuse any product suspected of not meeting the strict criteria mentioned.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with photos, and we will assist with a replacement.
