How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, with delivery times ranging on average:
- USA/Europe: 5–14 business days.
- Other regions: 8–20 business days.
We make sure your order reaches you discreetly and on time. You’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order once it ships.
Is delivery free?
We sometimes offer free delivery on special offers. However, most of the time, delivery is not free. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of payment according to your location.
Is the packaging and delivery discreet?
Yes! We ensure all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for your privacy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
You have 14 days to make a return.
Due to the nature of our products, you can return your product only if:
- The product is intact and complete, in perfect condition for resale.
- It is in its original packaging, complete, labeled, new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and unstained.
- The seal has not been broken.
- The product has not been opened or used.
- All accessories are included with the return.
These conditions do not apply if your product is faulty or has a manufacturing defect.
For obvious hygiene reasons, our quality department reserves the right to refuse any product suspected of not meeting the strict criteria mentioned above.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with photos, and we will assist with a replacement.
